	Carla Olivares \| President Founder Carla has been a stylist, colorist, and make-up artist since 1999. Mrs. Olivares tenure in the beauty business makes her an expert in her field; she has traveled to New York, Miami Florida, Mexico City, North Carolina and Las Vegas to research different hair styles, modern facial-treatments and new methods for make- up applications. Mrs. Olivares also consistently attends hair and beauty shows as well as taking classes to continue her career and education in the beauty field. Mrs. Olivares currently works with local clients on a one-on-basis and provide image consulting and beauty services advice. Mrs. Olivares travels to Mexico on a quarterly basis to offer hair cutting services as a charity to help the less fortunate; she is also involved in different programs in the Phoenix area to give back to the community. Mrs. Olivares is currently completing her Bachelor Degree in Business Management online. Mrs. Carla Olivares is Married to Mr Jose Olivares and have two beautiful daughters Saira Olivares and Odette Olivares.
	Jose Olivares \| Director of Operation Mr. Olivares is in charge of the sales and operations of Beauticians On the Go (BOG) and its internal process. Mr. Olivares has traveled to different states to expand new markets for Beauticians On the Go. Mr. Olivares has been in management and business consulting for the last 20 years in corporate jobs; he completed his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Phoenix AZ.
	Saira Olivares \| Senior hairstylist and make-up specialist Saira is an excellent stylist, creative and talented in all levels, her passion in the hair and beauty industry shows when done with the client. Her energy and bubbly personality is contagious. Saira always strives for perfection and attends to beauty shows consistently to be up to date with new styles and beauty products.

Anjail’s focus is to listen and consult with the client to reassure they are both on the same page and deliver what the client needs, her constant smile and laugh is contagious and pleasurable to be around.
